Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and you can cancel many orders on NonLa Port. How a cancellation works mainly depends on whether the supplier has already started preparing or shipping your order.

Before the order is shipped

You can cancel free of charge as long as the supplier has not yet shipped the order.
Any payment you made is refunded in full to your original payment method.

After the order is shipped

Once an order is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or request a return under our Return Policy.

Custom and made-to-order products

Custom, made-to-order, or bulk production orders may not be cancellable once the supplier has started production, because materials and work have already been committed.
If production has not started yet, you can usually still cancel — please contact the supplier as early as possible.

How to cancel

Open your order and use the cancel option, or contact the supplier or our support team with your order number.
Approved cancellations are refunded within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
